About Me
Hello. I'm Dr. Yushu Cheng, MS, DiplAc, Dipl.C.H, and D.O.M. - that means I have a lot of experience to customize a unique treatment plan especially for you.

I'm a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine who actually trained in China. Earlier in my career, I specialized in Pulmonary Disease, and then for seven years, I worked at the University Hospital of Changchun as a TCM cardiologist.
Once I moved to the United States, I founded the Los Alamos Acupuncture Clinic, and I began instructing students at Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe.

In my current Los Alamos and Santa Fe practices, I specialize in Myofascial pain with Motor (A-Shi) Point Acupuncture. In fact, I've treated thousands of patients with myofascial pain using this technique. I've treated helped thousands more patients with other conditions using additional techniques and modalities .I also teach continuing education acupuncture seminars to practitioners.

My Philosophy
Even though I've been in the field for more than 35 years, I'm committed to continuing education in order to bring the newest and most effective techniques to my patients.

I enjoy working with my patients very much and using the most effective skills possible to treat their ailments.

Outside of acupuncture, I love flamenco dancing, which I've been doing for over five years. I also enjoy fashion and design.
